Assistante administrative – Training & Services

Nous recrutons une Assistante administrative – Training & Services, rattachée au Training & Services Manager.

Vous êtes au cœur de nos activités de formation BIM (Autodesk, Trimble, MagiCAD…), et assurez la gestion opérationnelle complète du cycle de formation : inscriptions, planification annuelle, coordination des formateurs et des ressources (salles, matériel, catering), suivi administratif et préparation de la facturation.

Comptable – ERP Odoo & Transformation digitale

Dans le cadre de l’adoption d’Odoo comme ERP central, nous recrutons un(e) Comptable, rattaché(e) au Directeur Général & Financier.

Vous gérez la comptabilité générale en collaboration avec notre cabinet comptable externe et participez activement à la mise en œuvre, la structuration et l’optimisation d’Odoo.

Pour répondre à la demande croissante de formations, TASE est à la recherche de nouveaux formateurs aussi bien pour notre offre actuelle de formations présentielles, en ligne ou e-learning que dans le but d’agrandir notre catalogue de formations.
